to plant trees for the environment, the use of plastics, polythene, thermocol
is something that is becoming essential part of our life. It takes thousands of
years for these type of human produce to recycle in nature. We are creating one
plastic bottle as a byproduct of even half a litre of water consumed. If our
Indian traditional ways of life are part of life we can reduce carbon
footprints. He requested one and all to avoid plastic glasses and other ‘use
and throw’ type of products specially in parties where the usage is very high.
He also called upon the governments to ban all type of polythene and plastics
including thermocol except in medical use.
