Old parents torchured by their son for property

In blind greed of the property and entire money not only the general public but the highly educated individuals also do not hesitate from torturing their parents. One such incident has taken place in the Greater Kailash area of Delhi, where the respected senior citizens, who are doctors has labeled allegations of effort of usurpation of property/company against their own son who also happens to be a doctor, and had demanded help from the local police and DCP.

        71 year old Dr. Ramesh Chander Munjal and his wife aged 70 years, Chand Munjal who reside at Gurgaon and sirsa, but run a company owned eye hospital at greater kailash 1 since 2012, have given a complaint to the police. This hospital is being run by both husband and wife and their both sons Suraj Munjal ( a doctor) and Chandan Munjal who possess qualification of MBA. In this hospital 40% share each is belonging to his both sons and their wives respectively and 20% is in his own share. Since sometimes back his suraj munjal and and his wife started abusing and torturing parents and his younger brother for sake of fulfilling his greed of acquiring the complete control over the joint business. He was made to understand in presence of the entire family and certain reputed people of the society, where he openly threatened the parents and brother for dior consequences. Not only this, over this issue he had even physically tortured the old parents. When younger brother protested over this issue, suraj and his wife then threatened him to frame him in false cases with help of his resouces.

Upon the complaint of Mr Chander Munjal the FIR got registered in oct 2017 after preliminary investigation but the police has not taken any firm action till date. Suraj munjal inspite of the continued investigation and free on anticipatory bail is misusing his liberty and making open mockery of law.

The old couple and family is deadly seeking for justice, on the other hand suraj munjal strongly believes and claims that he can manage the entire system with money again and again, as he has been doing earlier with help of some liasoners from GK1 itself.
