10th of March, 2018. Under the joint auspices of Bhartiya Gramin Parishad and Nav Bhartiya Vichar Manch, Kavi Sammelan was organised with great pomp and show at Najafgarh, New Delhi.More than 30- young and emerging poets from Delhi-NCR, namely Sushila Malik, Prof. Dhananjay Joshi, Pradeep Deshwal, Anurag Oujha, Kumari Saumya Singh, Dheeraj Balyan, Rahul Dev, Rajender Chanchal, Ramesh Gangle, Krishna Gopal, Vivek Kushwaha, Amit Prakash, Naresh Vats, Rajiv Ranjan, Pankaj Shyam. Lathar, Sh. Sumit Gulia graced the occasion and recited poems on numerous themes.
Famous Haryanvi Hasya Kavi Pankaj Shyam Lathar and Master Ravinder Dhankhar Pradhan were the torch bearers of the program.Professor Rajbir Solanki, Vice Chancellor, Ch. Ranbir Singh University of Jind, Haryana, Smt Rakesh Kumari, Secretary, BJP Mahila Morcha, Sh. Devendra Upadhyaya, SDM, Yamuna Vihar, New Delhi and Sh. Dalbir Singh, Under Secretary, Ministry of HRD were invited as the  Guests of Honour of  the program.The program was beautifully anchored by Dr. Pankaj Shyam Lathar, who managed the event with his ever melodious and commendable voice.Professor Dhanajnay Joshi, GGSIPU, was awarded with the Prestigious Honour of “Dwarka Shree Sahitya Srijan 2018” by Dwarka Creativity Forum for his newly published collection of poem, titled as “Madhur Smriti Kamal”.In the end of the program, the chief guest, Sh. Rajbir Solanki prudently acclaimed that it is the beginning of the great era in the history of Najafgarh, where budding poets are blooming with profound vision and wisdom of the coming time.
The program concluded with presentation of Momentos and Books to the poets by the chief guests of the program and recitation of the National Anthem.
