Vivek Sharma, New Delhi: 5 winners of India – Korea Painting competition are going to visit PyeongChang 2018 Olympic Winter Games at South Korea in February. The painting competition was organized by Korean Cultural Center which witnessed the participation of 22,022 students from 290 schools in which total 43 students were awarded.
 Kim Kum-Pyoung, Director of Korean Cultural Center India, congratulated all the winners and said that students will have a memorable experience of PyeongChang 2018 Olympic Winter Games that will be the biggest winter Olympics ever in history. 
 The 1st winner Lakshmi.M.Vikash who will be experiencing PyeongChang winter Olympics games expressed her gratitude and said that Korea is her dream destination. She is excited to experience everything which she knew through books, Stories, internets or cultural – dance and Music.
 The competition was held in two groups: Junior Group (Classes 7 and below) and Senior Group (Classes 8-12). 22 thousand and more paintings on the themes of winter, sports and Pyeongchang 2018 Olympic Winter games passed screenings of high standard by the judges, Nilanjana Nanday and Jagadeesh Reddy, contemporary artists in Delhi. The judges were astonished to see the number of entries received from all over India responding to the painting competition.
